We who travel aboard Schooner Mahdee were very lucky to have sunshine and just beautiful days during our visit to Misty Fjords National Monument in southeastern Alaska. The GoPro on time lapse compresses a day of Mahdee’s wandering around to less than a minute’s watching.

Some guys bring their wives flowers or surprise them with a night on the town. This is my perfectly sweet gift: David tending the helm in the cold drizzle while I stay warm and toasty inside the charthouse. He knows the way to my heart, for sure.
